There may be times in your life when you feel you are struggling or feel stuck. Whatever life challenge you have experienced a trained professional can help you get to the root cause and support you on your path of self-discovery. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, abuse or some other issue, I will offer you a supportive, encouraging and accepting space to talk about what you are experiencing.  Identifying and understanding your goals for therapy can help to focus the sessions on what you would like to achieve or gain through the work.  I offer short-term and on-going support for individuals and couples and use a range of strategies and techniques to help. I welcome clients from all sections of the community.  All clients are treated equally, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

I offer an initial, free 20 minute telephone session to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and to see if you would like us to work together prior to committing to further appointments.
